1. Reporting Abuse: Mind Family is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for all users. If you encounter any abusive content, harassment, or violations of our terms, please report it immediately by contacting us at abuse@mind.family. Provide as much detail as possible, including links or screenshots, to help us address the issue promptly.
2. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy (continued):
- A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate and remove the infringing material, if necessary. Mind Family reserves the right to terminate user accounts that are found to be repeat infringers.
3. Counter-Notification: If you believe that the material removed due to a DMCA notice was removed in error or is non-infringing, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in question unless the original complainant files a court action against you.
4. Repeat Infringers: Mind Family takes copyright infringement seriously. We will terminate user accounts that are found to be repeat infringers under our sole discretion, in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
